Spaghetti Tower Challenge- 150pts

In my group, there was not really a leader, we just went with the flow of what we thought was the best idea. I think that having a leader would help us in our case because having a leader means that you have a plan, and you aren't going to change it. Having a leader means following an exact plan, and this is better than having a small thought and continually adding to it because it's not as complicated and the model would look like how it is planned to be.

Our collaboration in the group was very calm, and everyone was doing the best they could. Everyone's ideas were listened to, and I felt like all of their ideas were well received because we tried to include it in our design. I also think that this was our weakness because since we included everyone's ideas together into one, the ideas didn't match up, and the final product didn't work as expect. I was patient and not frustrated during the challenge, though I did feel a little rushed at the end.

Our team did not exactly have a plan, so we just went with what would be the best. Our plan did not work at the end. I did not feel veer from the plan because I thought it was going to work, although I felt like it wasn't going to be able to hold the marshmallow at the end. At first, the base and the middle structure was very sturdy, and it was able to stand on its own perfectly with out the marshmallow. However, when we put the marshmallow on the structure, it was too heavy, so the structure was not able to stand straight, and it was tilting. In a nutshell, the structure's base worked, but the top of the structure with the marshmallow didn't work.

I learned that I work better alone than in groups. This is because I can decide what I want to do, and I can be my own leader. When I am in groups, I usually let others decide what to do, and be a follower. I don't work well under pressure, it makes me agitated and more stressed. I think I could work on my leadership skills, I think our team could be better if one of us were leaders.
