Verbal Communication

My experience of this assignment was very interesting, it was neither easy or hard. Some of the ways my "instructor" stated the instructions were unclear, and I got confused. Luckily, we were given the opportunity to ask the instructor questions to help clarify any confusion, so I asked. A restatement of words can help a lot because you may be able to know something else after hearing a statement a second or third time. My drawing verses the correct drawing was very similar, although I missed a few minor points. For example, the lines with arrows were not thick as the correct one, and the pyramid was drawn incorrectly and was in the wrong direction . Also, the connected circles were not slanted the way that they should have been. Overall, my experience with this small assignment helped me connect my thoughts to the major importance of communication because people can miss interpret the given directions based on how one says a phrase.
