I would describe job retention skills as an ability to retain the workers. Fist impression is one of the most important moments of meeting someone, a person judges each other the first 7 seconds. Appearance and satire is also important in a job because it makes you look either professional or lazy. Punctuality and attitude is also very important because it makes you seem more knowledgeable with punctuality and also people would understand and want to work with you more with a good attitude. I don't think I'll stop learning as long as I live because there are so many things to learn about in one life time. To me, being professional means to be serious at work because it shows that you want to do your job. Common misunderstandings are when people look like they are not willing to work, but they may have been really tired from work. I would get along by treating others with respect to earn back respect and create peace. If I would be hired for a second semester of this course, I think that the skills I would have attained would be confidence because after many weeks and months, I have gotten more comfortable to the environment and people. Some possibilities for a higher wage or promotion could be finishing projects and assignments quickly and on time, having more knowledge than other workers, and also passing an interview for a higher job title opening.
